6. Returns & Exchanges

No returns/exchanges accepted on used or worn items.
Items must be returned in original condition within 3 days of delivery.
Customer pays return shipping, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

Here at Tisyaaé, we only allow a 4-hour window in order for you to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at contact@tisyaae.com for the same. If your request comes in after 4 hours of placing your order, we unfortunately will not be able to process the same.

All content (images, logos, designs, product descriptions) is the property of Tisyaaé. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
