1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallet payments depending on your region.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 8-14 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities: 5–7 days
- Other areas: 7–9 days
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can track it in real-time.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Each piece is made with great care, and all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us at contact@tisyaae.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or arrange a return.
6. Can I cancel my order?
We only allow a 4-hour window in order for you to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at contact@tisyaae.com for the same. If your request comes in after 4 hours of placing your order, we unfortunately will not be able to process the same.
7. Are the colors accurate?
We try our best to display accurate colors. Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
